Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update: With UK schools closed to all but children of key workers, all bookings are currently on hold until further notice. Stay safe x

In the meantime, check out my free online 100 Days of Mindfulness series, aimed at children between the ages of 7-14. It starts Monday 4th April and runs up until Sept 4th, with mini-lessons uploaded Monday to Friday between then.

Here’s the clip introducing the course:

Jo Steer is a UK teacher with a unique mix of experience and skills, now working in schools across West Yorkshire through Skills with Frills Education Ltd. Her passion for mindfulness-based approaches to mental health in the classroom, fostered in-part through personal experience of anxiety disorder, make her determined to ‘be the change’  within the modern education system.

Jo travels about infant, primary and secondary schools, delivering a range of bespoke wellbeing packages based on the school’s needs, all built upon a foundation of mindfulness, emotional intelligence and resilience.

She’s trained in Mindfulness for children, CBT essentials and is both a qualified Forest School Practitioner and YogaKidz instructor. She’s also a TES Columnist on all things wellbeing-related. How’s that for a Growth Mindset?!

From one-off masterclasses, to weekly wellbeing sessions or even year-long bookings (accompanied by delivery of the Skills with Frills curriculum) there’s something for everyone. More importantly, there’s always something for students to take away – a mix of skills, knowledge and practical strategies – enabling them to better their own mental health in a lasting, effective way.

Explore the services currently on offer for different groups/individuals here and feel free to check out the Skills with Frills Blog, helping yourself to any of our free resources if you wish. Want more still? See Jo’s sister site, Anxious.Ambition.com, for frequent blog posts specifically relating to anxiety, wellbeing and happiness.

And whether you’re ready to book or just itching to ask a question, simply get in touch and we’ll make it happen.

There’s never a dull moment here – but we enjoy every one!
