Children are taught to understand and manage thoughts and feelings through practical strategies that they can replicate without support.

Skills with Frills Education provide a unique service to schools within Yorkshire, offering wellbeing-based supply cover, created and delivered by our super-duper ‘Skills Specialist’ Jo Steer. In essence, we offer a bridge between supply cover and learning enrichment, build upon a foundation of life-skills for good mental health.  

But that’s not all folks… because we also deliver masterclasses/workshops in mindfulness and kids’ yoga with mindfulness, alongside a growing number of bespoke options, tailored towards clients’ needs.

In everything we do, we strive to provide high-quality, affordable and engaging learning experiences, based on practical knowledge and skills that long outlast the initial teaching session.
